The NWMLS allows up to 15 photos for each listing. The Basic listing Package for $95 includes 1 image, the Extended $295 Package includes 8, and our Full Package for $495 includes 15 images.

The first file should be the primary photo – a street view of the house or a scenic view – no inside shots.

Upload images as jpeg, with .jpg extension.

The photo files you upload can be named "myhouse.jpg" or "frontshot.jpg" "livingroom.jpg" or anything you want. Do not use spaces or symbols in your file names like slashes, question marks, quotation marks etc.

Each photo should be over 50K, but less than 2MEG. If you want to upload a large file, it will take longer to upload over a slow modem connection.
