| The Key Box makes your home readily available for agents to access for showings or previewing, it will keep electronic records of who entered your home and when. All agents must call for an appointment before they enter your home.
The rental is $60 for the term of the listing with a $95 refundable deposit.
Once you retuned the Key Box, you will receive the refund within 3 days. The Key Box is our property and it may not be used for any other purpose.
You can list your home now and decide any time during your listing if you like to use a Key Box.
