Map out the driving access from the main intersection to your property and post a directional sign on every corner.
Make sure you have enough signs to easily navigate buyers to your home.
Please check the Regulations for your specific city for Residential Real Estate Signs. Once your home is off the market you must remove these signs.
Some cities will strictly enforce sign rules.
