We are looking for experienced real estate agents for
our buyers referral program.

Our referrals are open to anyone who qualifies. We refer a buyer to one agent only in a specific area
they represent. If you complete a transaction with the referral we send to you, we ask for a 10% referral
commission, based on the gross closed commission on the buyer side. See our Referral Form.
There is NO FEE for you to sign up. However, we do require some information from you to be sure your qualifications meet the standards we have set up for our referrals.

Fax a signed Referral Form
After submitting your information, please email or fax a signed Referral Form to us. When we receive your signed agreement, you will be ready to receive referrals from us. An email will be sent to you with confirmation.
All our member agents must have the following qualifications:
Have an e-mail address and check it daily, we will communicate via email
Agree to respond to our requests in a timely manner, preferably in 24 hours
Must be a full-time professional licensed real estate agent for 2 years or more
Member of the Multiple Listing Service and the Association of REALTORS®
When representing a buyer, please respect our agency relationship to our sellers who have a signed listing contract with us, do not solicit our clients while listed in the MLS. Our sellers have offered a commission to a buyer’s agent and the commissions are posted in the MLS. Our sellers represent themselves in the transaction you should contact them directly to show and present offers. You are not in a duel agency relationship with our flat fee sellers, they have access to all required forms and an option for consultation with one of our licensed agents.
